How much does it cost?

Because every piece of writing is different, and because different documents have
varying requirements, we find it necessary to individually assess each document as it
is submitted prior to generating a quote. This is the only way to ensure the quote we
provide you with is as accurate and fair as possible. To receive a quote for the editing
of your document, simply submit a
Quote Request and wait for our response. You
should receive one within a few hours of submission.

What payment options do I have?

Once you've accepted our quote we will send you an invoice that will direct you to
Paypal for secure checkout. You will then have the option to pay either by credit card
or with the funds in your Paypal account. Please note that we offer flexible payment
options for projects over 100 pages in length. Typically, half the project cost is due up
front. Upon completion/delivery of that portion of the project, we will invoice you for
the remaining half.

What type of errors will you fix?

Our editing service is comprehensive. Our experienced editors will analyze your
document(s) carefully, identifying and correcting mistakes in grammar, format,
spelling, style, sentence structure, punctuation, etc. Our goal is to help you refine
your writing so that your intended message is stated as clearly and concisely as
possible. In addition to making these crucial corrections, our editors offer comments
and suggestions where necessary to guide you in strengthening the impact of your
writing.

What method will you use when editing my work?

Our editors use the 'Track Changes' function in Microsoft Word to make revisions and
provide feedback. This built-in feature of Microsoft Word allows users to toggle
between editor suggestions. The user has the ability to accept all changes with one
click. We use Microsoft Word's tracked changes because it allows our customers the
greatest flexibility in terms of either accepting or rejecting changes resulting from our
editing and proofreading. All completed documents are accompanied by editor
comments on anything that has arisen during the edit along with helpful tips and
suggestions.

How do I accept/remove the editor's comments/changes from my
document?
